2025 HOA Annual Assessment
2025 Annual Dues will have a modest increase of $45 per year to cover improvements to our roads and aging water system. The 2025 HOA assessment will now be $625 per year for each lot, and will be due by 1 April. Notices will be sent out in February - with an option to pay electronically or by mail.
2025 Key Exchange
We will be rekeying both gates this year. All owners will be able to exchange their keys for free and/or purchase additional keys later this spring. Standby for locations and dates for the key exchange (coming Spring 2025).
CPR Training Jan 2025
CPR Training Opportunity! We have professional volunteers scheduled to hold a free 2-hour CPR training event exclusively for Sunridge Residents at the Roy Library on either 30 January and/or 6 February from 5PM - 7PM. Space will be limited to 24 people at each event. Although this training is free, there is an option for people to become certified cardholders in CPR after taking this course if they submit a request and pay $42.00 on their own. Otherwise, no cost to attend the training.
If interested, please RSVP text to Scott MITCHELL at 801-540-8992 with the dates (Jan 30 and/or Feb 6) you could attend, and the number of people attending, so we can get a better indication of interest in this event.
At this time, we are only gathering interest. We will officially schedule this event on one or both these dates in the upcoming weeks and notify owners of the details when this event is official.
